What is CPSC and why does it matter?
The CPSC is the government body that regulates legislation to protect consumers from harm. Specifically in regards to children's wear, they dictate safety laws that ensure your child is not unreasonably exposed to risk, such as lead and flammability issues.
The Swaddle Company & Alber Road
are current and compliant with all children's clothing and accessories regulations as established by the CPSC.
Please use safe sleep practices when swaddling. Swaddles should not be left with unattended infants as it may increase the risk of respiratory distress. For some safer sleep resources, please refer to this article:https://www.cdc.gov/vitalsigns/safesleep/index.html
